I researched this issue and it appears to be some regedit keys that's necessary for this behavior. I have uploaded a picture of my HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\TeamsAddin.FastConnect WebbStep 1: Click Start, then search for Outlook and launch it.
