WebOct 3, 2024 · My experience is that original graphtech sounds warmer than tusq, with a more fundamental focused tone and less harmonics. The difference is subtle but it’s there (for a few weeks I even had a mix of both saddle types on the guitar). If your original nut is bone, tusq would be closer to it than original graphtech.
