I am a very clean person - wash myself thoroughly after each class with a bacteri-/fungi- cidal soap to scrub the dirt of my body. I wash my gi's after each class as well. I sterilize my gym bag with the Lysyol disinfectant spray. Webive had recurring staph problems for about 1.5 years. Ive been hospitalised once and ive had about 10 serious staph infections on my skin and then about 5 that were not so concerning. Ive seen mutiple doctors and specialists trying different antibiotics to get rid of it but nothing seems to help.
